It can react with inorganic substrates as well as organic resins with carboxyl, amino and epoxy groups. It effectively improves the interfacial bonding force between inorganic fillers, glass fibers and resin matrix, enhancing bonding strength, water resistance, hydrothermal stability and electrical insulation of the system, with wide compatibility and good storage stability.
