Epoxy-silane oligomers
Epoxy-silane oligomers are pre-polymerized silane oligomers modified with epoxy functional groups, clear transparent liquid. Compared with monomeric epoxy silane, it features lower volatility, higher reactivity and better storage stability. The side chains retain reactive epoxy groups and hydrolyzable siloxane structures, which can form strong chemical bonds with inorganic substrates such as metal, glass and mineral fillers, and crosslink & cure with epoxy, acrylic, polyurethane and other organic resins. It effectively improves coating adhesion, salt spray resistance, hydrothermal resistance and hardness, suitable for water-based and solvent-free systems.
