2-(3, 4-epoxy-cyclohexyl) ethyltrimethoxysilane
2-(3,4-Epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane is an alicyclic epoxy silane coupling agent, colorless transparent liquid. Different from conventional glycidyl ether epoxy silane, its alicyclic epoxy structure features outstanding heat resistance, low yellowing and excellent aging resistance. The molecule contains hydrolyzable trimethoxy groups. Silanol groups can bond with glass, metal and inorganic powder, while alicyclic epoxy groups can crosslink with epoxy, acrylic and phenolic resins via cationic or thermal curing. It greatly improves high-temperature stability, wet insulation performance and bonding durability, ideal for high-temperature and high-transparency systems.
