Silicate ester coupling agent series
Silicate ester coupling agent is a silicon‑based alternative to titanate coupling agents. It contains hydrolyzable silicate ester groups for surface modification of inorganic powder fillers. It reduces oil‑absorption value of powders, improves dispersion and compatibility of fillers in non‑polar resins such as polyolefin and rubber, optimizes processing fluidity and mechanical properties of finished products, and delivers excellent thermal stability for high‑temperature processing systems.
- 1. Powder modification: Activation treatment for calcium carbonate
- kaolin
- aluminum hydroxide
- talc powder
- quartz powder and other inorganic fillers.
- 2. Polyolefin plastics: Filling modification for PP & PE
- increase filler loading and improve processing fluidity.
- 3. Rubber products: Surface treatment of mineral fillers to enhance tensile and impact performance of rubber.
- 4. Coatings & inks: Reduce system viscosity and improve pigment dispersion.
- 5. Composite materials and color masterbatch
- optimize interfacial bonding between filler and substrate.
