Methacryloxy silane coupling agent series
Methacryloxy silane coupling agent contains methacryloxy groups capable of free-radical polymerization and hydrolyzable alkoxy groups. It bonds with hydroxyl groups on the surface of inorganic fillers and glass fibers, and participates in the polymerization of acrylic resins, unsaturated polyesters, polyolefins and other organic systems. It effectively improves interfacial bonding between inorganic phase and organic resins, and enhances mechanical strength, water resistance, weather resistance and electrical insulation of composites. With high reactivity, it fits UV-curing, thermal-curing and free-radical polymerization systems.
