Glass Fiber Powder

Glass Fiber Powder is white powder made from E-glass (alkali content<0.8%) with silane sizing for thermoplastics, through impregnation, chopping, drying, grinding and screening. The raw fiber diameter is 9~13μm, average fiber length 20~350μm, bulk density 0.6±0.1kg/m³, combustible matter 0~1.5%, moisture ≤0.1%, whiteness>85. It has stable physical and chemical properties with high cost performance, serving as ideal reinforcing filler for thermoplastics. Multiple grades including BX-35, BX-80, BX-100, BX-200 are available.

  • Mainly used for reinforcement modification of thermoplastics. It can be compounded with resin as reinforcing material for shells of automobiles
  • trains and ships. It is also applied in high-temperature resistant needle-punched felt
  • automotive sound-absorbing sheets and hot-rolled steel materials
  • widely used in auto parts
  • electronic appliances
  • mechanical products
  • construction
  • aviation and daily necessities.
