Hexamethyldisilazane
Hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) is a highly active silylating reagent, colorless transparent liquid and easy to hydrolyze. It can rapidly undergo silylation reaction with substances containing active hydrogen such as hydroxyl and carboxyl groups. It is widely used for powder hydrophobic modification, semiconductor photolithography treatment.
