3-Piperazinylpropylmethyldimethoxysilane

3-Piperazinylpropylmethyldimethoxysilane

3-Piperazinylpropylmethyldimethoxysilane is a dialkoxysilane coupling agent with piperazine ring structure, colorless to pale yellow clear liquid. It contains secondary and tertiary amine active sites on the piperazine ring and hydrolyzable dimethoxy groups. Compared with conventional primary amino silanes, it features outstanding low yellowing performance and moderate hydrolysis rate. It can be used for synthesizing piperazine-modified silicone oil, and also serves as adhesion promoter to improve interfacial bonding between inorganic fillers and various resins, widely applied in textile auxiliaries, coatings and adhesives.
